Check out the first set photo too.
I’m confident for “Blade Runner 2049.” Denis Villeneuve is directing. He did “Prisoners,” which I loved, but I didn’t care for “Sicario.” Interestingly, for me, Villeneuve said how he didn’t have final cut on “Prisoners,” same of which goes for “Blade Runner 2049.” According to him, What we got with those two films was the best cut. The versions of “Sicario” and “Arrival” (which I have yet to see), however, are his director’s cuts. Hopefully that means I’ll feel the same way about “Blade Runner 2049” (and “Arrival”), that I did with Prisoners.
I love that set photo too. Ryan Gosling just looks so chill. Harrison Ford doesn’t look like he wants out of this, soon to be, 34 year old sci-fi franchise, like he did with another. Ridley Scott and Villeneuve’s facial expressions just look perfect too with everything going on.
